I help kitchen and bath remodelers sell on value, not price.
Once a homeowner reaches out, I use emails, texts, project stories, and videos to show them how you work and why paying more for your company is worth it.

Homeowners can’t choose you for your value if they don’t understand what makes you different.
They can compare photos, reviews, and prices.
They cannot see everything built into your price: the planning, craftsmanship, communication, and experience that help the project go well.
Those are the differences homeowners need to understand before they decide who to hire.
Most homeowners are still deciding long after they reach out.
They may meet with other remodelers, work through the budget, or wait months before they are ready to move forward.
During that time, they are trying to decide whether the difference in price is worth it.
If they hear very little from you, the things that made your company stand out are easy to forget. Price becomes the clearest difference.
I give homeowners more to go on than price.
I create the communication they receive while they decide who to hire.
Some messages go out right away. Others may go out months later.
For homeowners who are ready to meet, the communication helps them prepare for the estimate. For those who need more time, it keeps your company useful and familiar while they decide.
Each message should answer a real question, show how your company works, or help the homeowner feel more confident about choosing you.
Before the estimate
The estimate should not be the first time you explain your value.
Before you meet, the homeowner should already understand how you plan, what goes into the work, and what they can expect from your team.
That gives them context for your price. When you present the proposal, they have more to consider than the final number.
They arrive more informed, more confident, and with real reasons to prefer your company over a cheaper option. How I do it
I learn what makes your company worth more, then help homeowners see it.
I start by learning how you plan projects, how you communicate, what your team does differently, and why your best clients choose you.
Then I decide what homeowners need to hear and when they need to hear it.
I plan the strategy, write the messages, create the supporting materials, script the videos, build the system, and manage it with you.
Everything is built around your company, and you work directly with me.
I do not build websites. My work begins after a homeowner reaches out.

Work directly with Jonah
You work directly with me.
I’m Jonah Selner. For nearly a decade, I have worked on what happens after a lead comes in.
I have seen hundreds of thousands of inquiries move through sales and follow-up systems. That experience taught me how much the small things matter.
A slow response, a confusing message, or weeks of silence can change how someone feels about a company.
I handle the strategy, writing, setup, and ongoing management myself. We work through it together.
Who this is for
This is for established remodelers whose value is difficult to explain in one sales call.
You are probably a good fit if:
- You specialize in kitchen and bath remodeling.
- Your proposals are often higher than competing bids.
- Your website already brings in qualified inquiries.
- Homeowners may take weeks or months to decide.
- You want them to understand your value before you present the proposal.
- You want to work directly with the person doing the strategy and writing.
If you need a new website or more leads, I am probably not the right fit.
If you’re getting good leads but losing too many projects to cheaper competitors, let’s talk.
